New Paid Sick Leave Law for Employees
Beginning July 1, 2015, almost all employers, regardless of size, are required to provide paid sick leave for employees. Employees working more than 30 days at a job will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum of 3 paid sick days per year.
